What is a Photo Poster?

My text looks asymmetric/overlaps. Will this be fixed before my poster is printed?

In case of any overlap or asymmetry in your text, one of our dedicated graphic designers will make the necessary corrections to your design before it's printed. If we think that any major changes might be needed, we will send you a draft for approval via email before your order is fulfilled.

Do you offer frames?

We do. Frames and Hangers are available on the cart page. We have several options for you to choose from.

You just need to choose a frame or a hanger that compliments the design of your custom poster, select the appropriate size, and add it to your order.

Does the poster come flat or rolled up?

If you order only the poster, it will be delivered rolled up in a tube. If you order a poster together with a frame, it will arrive flat.

I'm sending this as a gift. Will the price be shown on the packaging?

No, the price will not be shown on the package. You can also include a personal note for the receiver from the "Add a note to your order" option on the cart page.

Will I receive a tracking code?

Yes, once the tracking code is available, you will receive it via email in order to track the progress of your delivery.

Can I make changes to my design after I have placed an order?

Please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order, and we will cancel it. You can create your new design and place a new order.
